In the ancient Vedic teachings, it's said that our bodies are like a mini-version of the whole universe. They believe everything, including us, is made up of five main things: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.

Inside our bodies, AIR is seen when muscles move, the heart beats, and we breathe. FIRE is there during digestion, thinking, body warmth, and seeing. WATER shows up in things like digestive juices and saliva. EARTH is seen in the solid parts like bones, muscles, hair, and nails.

Different parts of our body reflect the idea of ETHER, like the mouth, nose, chest, and ears. Ether is all about being vast, open, accepting, and neutral. It's like a connection inside us that's linked to a bigger universal connection, sending out waves of knowledge and feelings.

When you think about "The Elements," it's a bit like looking in a mirror. You see yourself in these different parts, just like how the elements are a part of you.
